We're hiring for one of our busiest and most dynamic Central London restaurants - a flagship site in the heart of the city. With buzzing footfall and a mix of locals, tourists, and office regulars, this location is all about pace, personality, and premium casual dining done right. From breakfast meetings to late-night mezze, it's a place where every shift feels like a show - and we need a GM who can lead it with style.
As a General Manager, we can offer you:
- 48 hours a week across 5 days - weekends and evenings expected
- Compensation up to £65,000 including tronc (basic salary at £45,000)

What you bring to the table:
- A natural floor leader - confident, warm, and always present with guests and team
- Experience running a high-volume, premium casual dining restaurant - ideally in Central London
- A love for the rhythm of all-day dining - from breakfast buzz to dinner energy
- Commercial savvy - you bring flair and personality, but you also know your number
Bonus points if you:
- Are a strong brand ambassador - proud to represent a well-known name and protect the guest experience
- Have experience with Middle Eastern, Mediterranean, or sharing-style concepts
- Have come through a reputable training ground - ideally from a branded premium casual background
